Return requirements are; must have a sales receipt of purchase, the product must have the original box, unaltered, all product must be unused, and returned 30 days from the date of purchase.
 

All sales of custom products are final and may not be returned.  If you purchased a customized product online and you would like to talk to our Saintnine experts about any inaccuracies, or damage during shipping, please contact our customer service team at (562) 921-5300 Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

you may return it to us for a return.  We will refund unused, unaltered within

30 days of original purchase date with a receipt.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.
